2. Product Details
Tensile Strength and Tear Resistance: The tipping base paper itself must have high strength and tear resistance to meet the requirements of no breakage or tearing during printing, slitting, rolling, and other processes.
Density: Higher density makes the paper sheet firm yet flexible; moreover, density is correlated with smoothness.
Sizing Degree: The sizing degree should be matched according to different printing methods, ink viscosities, cigarette-making machines, and adhesives used in cigarette production. Excessively high or low sizing degree will affect the processing and application performance of the tipping paper.
